The app will walk you through the cook setup process. Moreover, the app lets you monitor your cooks in real-time through your iOS or Android device via Bluetooth. Lastly, get notified when your cook is done or set high/low alerts for your oven/pit temperatures!
High-Quality Materials: The MeatStick is super easy to clean, safe to put in the dishwasher, and suitable for sous-vide cooking as well as its battery performance can last at least 24 hours which is ideal for low and slow cooks. Moreover, it is dishwasher and deep fryer safe.
Dual Temperature Sensors: The MeatStick contains 2 sensors; one to measure the meat's temp, and the other to measure the oven/pit's temp. The internal sensor can display and withstand up to 212ºF (100ºC) and the ceramic handle sensor can display and withstand up to 572°F (300°C). As the internal shaft is inserted into the meat, it will never exceed 212ºF unless you’re cooking charcoal!
